Hello everyone! I usually like to watch the sunset in my spare time, but it's been a long time since I haven't watched the sunrise and discovered the life of the people in the sea in the early morning. So today I decided to get up 2 hours earlier than usual to explore interesting things in the morning. I set the alarm at 4:50 am, after hearing the bell ring, I immediately woke up to do personal hygiene and left the house. The distance from my house to the sea is very close, it only takes 2 minutes by motorbike, so I decided to go along the coast by motorbike. When I went to the sea, the sun had not yet risen, about 10 minutes later, the sun began to rise in the east, it appeared behind the clouds on the sea looking extremely beautiful. It was like a giant red-orange ball appearing in the vast sky, it rose up very quickly. At this time, a lot of people come here to exercise, watch the sunrise, as well as go swimming, actually, I don't think there are so many people who get up so early and come here.
The sun begins to rise higher and higher, it shines the first rays on the sea, through the boats in the distance, it reminds me of the image of the boat in a poem I learned when I was in high school, it's called "Chiec thuyen ngoai xa" by author Nguyen Minh Chau. The surface of the water looks extremely shimmering because of the sunlight shining in, it glows like sparkling diamonds. I really enjoy watching the gentle waves crashing on the shore, listening to the sound of the waves whispering in the distance, these things help me feel at peace in my soul in the early morning. For those who study and practice medicine like me, I know that morning sunlight is extremely good for health, it provides vitamin D for our body. However, you should only sunbathe for 20-30 minutes every morning before 9am to ensure health safety!
Sometimes the water surface is calm, sometimes there are waves gently lapping the shore, looking very beautiful. As you can see in the pictures below, there are many people swimming in the beach, I think they know how to love themselves for doing healthy activities.
After sunbathing and taking photos for about 30 minutes, I started moving up the mountain to breathe the fresh air here in the early morning. Going along the road to Son Tra, there are roads that are extremely deserted in the morning, but there are also roads with a lot of people cycling up the slopes, they are probably the same age as my parents, I admire them greatly because they have good health and know how to take care of themselves. I went up here early in the morning so there were very few people, so I captured the moments that looked really wonderful through the photos. Seeing the sunlight shining through the wildflowers growing on the road, it makes me so warm.
In particular, looking down from above, there are many young people camping along the beach, they also get up quite early to watch the sunrise. I used to have a lot of camping trips there too when I was a freshman, I was very energetic and loved outdoor activities like this with my friends. So when I looked at the pictures of the young people there, I recalled my good memories for a few moments.
After driving around on Son Tra mountain and taking some pictures for about 30 minutes, we go along the beach to return home. On the way back, we saw a lot of people selling fresh seafood on the beach side, it is the result of a night out fishing of the fishermen here. I have had the opportunity to know about the fish markets in Da Nang that are sell seafood right after pulling the net at the coast, but I have not had the opportunity to visit it. Today, I seem to be attracted by the crowds down there, and because of my curiosity, so I decided to go there. After parking the motorbike, I walked down to the fish market, it's not far from the shore, about 100m.
There are many different kinds of seafood here such as shrimp, squid, octopus, crabs, snails and some kinds of fish, they looks so very fresh, so I decided to buy some fish and shrimp to prepare for my lunch. I am a big fan of shrimp, my close friends know it too, so I buy a lot of shrimp to make many dishes. There are many merchants coming here to buy seafood in order to sell back to the people in markets, so the scene here looks very hustling and bustling in this early morning. From my observations, the men will be in charge of carrying the fish from the ships at sea to the mainland, carrying the heavy cargo baskets, while the women will focus on selling. Most people here love seafood, so within an hour, everyone sold half of that seafood.
After looking for a while and asking the price, I bought half a kilo of fish and a pound of shrimp to make lunch for myself. I feel that waking up early is like giving me an extra source of energy to be able to start a working day. I know that the world out there is full of new things waiting for me to discover. I will definitely bring many new experiences to everyone, hope everyone will always support me. Thank you so much and have a nice day!
Oh those are such a beautiful photos. You make me miss the time when I'm living in Danang. I often wake up early, go to the beach and buy seafood too.
Thanks so much @dodovietnam
