Have you tasted the slime from the cocoa bean?
I am from Venezuela and here we harvest a very, very good cocoa. At least I usually eat a little of the "baba" that covers the seed. Its flavor is between sweet and acid, really divine. Commonly the cocoa bean is dried until that slime disappears, then we roast it, remove the shell and then it is processed to obtain the cocoa paste and wala! let's make chocolate ♥☺
