We just returned from a walk today along the seafront in sunny southern Spain 🇪🇸 These beautiful flowers just stood out and I had to photograph them. Bougainvillea. One of the plants here in Spain that does keep bright flowers all winter long, but now with the summer temperatures arriving, they look even brighter. 🌸🌺 don’t you think?

Thank you very much for this lovely flower close up. When I lived on Tenerife, our street was called Calle Bougainvillea, there was a lot of these flowers there :)
