How do you behave when you are around vespa waps?

in WE ARE MOVING4 years ago (edited)

Hi everyone's...

Like the previous days, when taking my sister to school there was a very attractive wasp, this meeting happened accidentally when a wasp was standing in front of the iron door as the main entrance of the school. When I saw the wasp, then I took my personal smartphone to be immortalized as a photo object in writing here. However, I had difficulty taking pictures because there were so many children going back and forth to the school gate. Even so, keep trying your best to take a picture of the wasp.

Taking pictures of him was very difficult because he always moved around the location starting from the school gate to perching on a Betadine tree that grew firmly beside the fence near the gate. I was very scared in taking his photo because as far as I know this wasp is very dangerous when he is harassed, especially when he is standing in the area of school children.

With a careful attitude and not making any movements that can disturb him, the wasp perches on one of the Betadine trees next to the papaya tree for about 1 minute with the standing position always changing with each behavior.

And as a result I managed to capture the image as many as 20 sheets, but unfortunately the image is clear and sharp about 14 sheets while the rest is blurry.

I myself really understand the character of this Vespa waps, even though he doesn't care about his environment or is always ignorant of people passing by, but don't ever try to disturb him. If he was angry he would chase and would sting with venomous thorns at whomever he disliked.

This happened to my high school friend during school, when my best friend disturbed the Vespa waps who were sucking flower nectar in our school yard, then within a few minutes my friend was attacked with a venomous sting that came from his thorns, causing pain. a sore and clearly visible lump on top of his body so that he has a high fever. This is due to the influence of the poison working in my friend's blood. My friend cried in pain, so she was rushed to the hospital by our teacher.

Then what if you don't disturb him then a Vespa Waps chases you as a target due to someone else's actions so that you become the target of his mistakes?

In this case, I will tell the experiences of honey seekers in the forest who always face wasp attacks but they are always saved from the venomous thorns of Vespa waps or other wasps when there is no adequate septi.

Maybe this experience is useful the next time you experience something similar to what happened to him (my school friend).

In the following, I will present some simple tricks for dealing with or avoiding wasp attacks if you do not have septi in the field

In the 12th grade Biology textbook, it is explained at length about its character and I conclude that Vespa Waps belongs to the Hymenoptera order which also consists of ants and bees. So the main thing to do not to get stung is not to disturb it when it's cool in a place, and most importantly don't rub or wag the wasp in flight so that it doesn't feel threatened, then you will be safe from them.

However, take note of the steps below;
Step A
ɴᴏYour attitudeThe thing you have to do
1Run straightIn this case you should stay away from their environment, but if this happens (chased) then you have to move away from that location by running straight, when you run zigzags you will be easy to find, because they can chase 150 meters and you don't panic run away as said before
Step B
ɴᴏYour attitudeThe thing you have to do
2Wear light colored clothing (white)Based on the results of research by insect experts and what I have read in one of someone's posts posted on the Fastinacinginsects community, it is stated that Vespa Waps or most other wasps are more attracted to dark colors such as black, red, blue and several other dark colors. For that, when you want to adapt to it, wear light-colored clothes
Step C
ɴᴏYour attitudeThe thing you have to do
3Do not wear thick / flashy scentsStill in the categories mentioned above, basically every dangerous wasp really likes a striking aroma, the aroma is the same as the aroma he kisses in every nectar. So you should not use a striking aroma when you are nearby. When you have the scent as if they think it is his enemy that will disturb the territory
ɴᴏYour attitudeThe thing you have to do
4Do not panicIf you don't do the things mentioned above but you are also targeted by the wrong victim, then you should not panic and be calm, because basically they are small creatures that you can block with other objects not your hands Then you will always be safe from his surveillance

Apart from the simple tricks I have described above, of course there are many other tricks that will suit your own experience. This trick I say is a personal experience (wasp breeder) who often adapts to the wasp environment.

Even so, today I feel very happy to be close to the Vespa Waps in my sister's school without any things to be afraid of like in the explanation above. Finally I can take photos freely. Your can see the photos I have uploaded in this post. Here are some pictures :

However, if we trace their lives, they are unique and of course there are miracles that come from their daily activities, both in their characteristics and everything that is released by them.

This is the story this morning is beautiful and bright, hopefully what I have conveyed is useful for all of us, and can also add to your scientific insight regarding insects that are often encountered in our daily lives.
