RE: Nature Trail at Sagamore Hill

The natural process of growth and decay is allowed to proceed...

Just like in our front yard since last year, haha.

Oh, thank you so much for the hike! I love that you get to go hiking with your daughter and the puppy; the last time I did that was about 15 years ago (my son and I went hiking and rafting on the Neveri River two hours from my hometown), and while there is plenty of natural scenery in my day-to-day life, nothing compares to getting out into real nature and marveling at the forest and its creatures--as long as we don't get bitten by mosquitoes, let alone ticks!

Everything looks beautiful; an escape into the wilderness is priceless; it's a bath of life. I have fresh memories of the tiredness after the long treks, that kind of tiredness that is so rewarding in itself.

Big hug, friend! Have a wonderful day ❤️

😄

That's why I stay covered up, even though it's hot. I even bought myself a hat with a net attached for the beach. First time I went to the beach this season the mosquitoes chewed me up. Even bit my forehead and my scalp!

Rafting! That sounds wonderful. My daughter bought two kayaks but we haven't used them yet this season.

I did have great fun and when the weather cools it will be easier to do the hike, I think.

Thanks for the visit. A big hug to you, my friend @marlyncabrera
