Hello friends good morning 😊 Rheas are flightless birds very similar to emus and ostriches but they are different species.
There are two categories : American Rheas and Darwin's Rheas, they live between 10-20 years in wild and mostly eat plant material like seeds, grasses, insects and vertebrates.
They are smaller in height, can have 3.2 to 5 feet tall. You can find 30 eggs or more in a single Rhea nest that the male must care for all on his own lonely.
They can be found in open grasslands and woodlands of Argentina, Uruguay, Bolivia, Paraguay, Chile, Peru and Brazil. They are also kept on farms because of its meat, eggs and skin.
All the best
