NATURE'S THERAPY: LETTING GO OF STRESS THROUGH NATURE'S HEALING TOUCH

Somewhere on earth, where everything is full of confusion, there is a peaceful place where people can escape from their busy lives. Picture a land with the melody of sweet singing birds in the air; this kind of quietness is created when leaves rustle gently which give you pleasure and it seems as if time has stopped flowing to let peace prevail. This is a quiet retreat, an asylum for the weary soul who seeks rest and inner peace in a world that changes constantly. Follow me to this land of calmness where thoughts sleep, hearts stop their racing, and spirits are reborn.

In a world that is fast-moving and one that is filled with noise and distraction, peace can loom to be something elusive and hard to find. Yet, there is something beneath the very foundation of this. A strong force that offers solace, rejuvenation, and serenity to the tired souls of modernity—nature.

There's just something about nature that captures the human senses, quietens the mind, and soothes the spirit in an incomparable fashion. Its images, sounds, smells, and touches emerge with a magic quality from the natural world, such as carrying a person in flight into a region of tranquility and inner peace.

Be it the leaves rustling in the wind, fog covering the place, birds chirping a sweet melody, the dance of light over water, or the gentle caress of a light wind, nature has the way of sending curlicues all around us and calling for us to leave the worries, fears, and stresses behind.

As we start our Tutoring Session in a place where tranquility arises, me and my friends decide to roam the place and enjoy every moment. After that tiring class—mentally drained, emotionally fatigued—we decide to roam the peaceful surroundings of this place in search of a way to release our stress.

As we meander through the curving paths and greenery. The fresh scents of blooming flowers, the sound of running water in the river and the warm kiss of sunlight on our skin help soothe our senses with the present moment, helping let go of our worries and tensions. The more we walk, the more our shoulders start dropping, our breaths get much deeper, and the mind eases down as the powerful action of healing offered by nature starts working magic on our weary souls. It is through nature that we soothe ourselves and are refreshed, are in touch with something greater than ourselves, and find relief from much of our tension as our Spirits are renewed in the new experience.

Nature also has a way of dropping us back into whatever present moment is happening, making us drop regrets and drop fears. It is at this particular time, when we are amid the beauty and serenity of the natural world, that our minds naturally quiet down, our breathing is deeper with its rhythm, and our bodies relax into a state of peacefulness. In that state of mindfulness and presence, we can fully enjoy and appreciate all the beauty and wonder around us, released from the kinds of distractions and worries that most simply refuse to not plague our day-to-day lives.

Exploration of nature can contribute a strong impact of our mental, emotional, and physical intensity. By the very nature of things themselves, to heal and to provide for us on a deeper and more salient level is the ability to attain touch and focus within our inner selves—our true essence and intrinsic rapport with the earth and all living beings.

Whether you're taking a lackadaisical walk through a neighborhood stop, climbing through a lavish woodland, swimming in a perfect lake, or basically sitting unobtrusively beneath a tree and watching the delights of the scene, there are so numerous ways to associate with the mending control of the common world and discover peace inside its grasp.

So when you're overpowered, pushed, or indeed disengaged from yourself and your environment, step outside, breathe in the new discussion, feel the sun all over , and the wind blowing quietly.

Allow this moment to be in the now and open your heart and mind to everything beautiful and magical that nature bestows upon you; let everything go that has been holding you back. Solace, renewal, peace. In nature, there is a deep sense of connection to something greater than you. Embrace the power of nature to heal and let it be your guide on this self-discovery, transformation, and peace journey.
