Another amphibian from our neighbor to the south.
As I travel, I enjoy seeing the differences in many of the rather common and overlooked animals. To many, a toad is just a toad, but there are actually several different species that can be found across North America. The sizes, colorations, patterns, and calls can vary quite a bit, and it's interesting to me to be able to check them out. Here's some photos of a small toad I recently photographed in Louisiana.
