Hello everyone,
Today I along with my father went to our orchard to plough the fields for growing beans. We use a power tiller for that purpose. It’s not as easy it seems to be. I wonder how difficult this task was before invention of these machines.
The first task is to fill the fuel in the power tiller. It’s a petrol engine power tiller.
Now we had to take it to our orchard about half km far away from my home. The first 400m road is good but the rest of the distance is just a tiny path.
The power tiller needs to be slowly driven here.
This was the field which we wanted to plough. Here’s the photograph of my father ploughing the field.
Due to lack of rainfall, the soil was dry. It was very difficult to plough in that condition.
Now it was my turn to do work.
I completed the ploughing in about 15 minutes but it wasn’t up to the mark.
As I already told you that the soil was very dry, we had to plough it again.
I worked hard for another half an hour to make it field ready.
This is how it looked when everything was done.
I’ll be posting posts about the whole plantations of beans in a short while. Stay tuned.
Thanks for passing by.

Do you have any kind of irrigation to that field to water the beans once you sow them?
We totally depend upon rain. The rainfall is usually on time here.
