People have always laughed at me when I say that animals pose for the camera.
And that they either let you or they don't let you take pictures of them.
But in my numerous attempts to photograph animals, I can say that it doesn't matter what animal it is - an insect, a reptile, a bird, a wild animal or a pet, the above statement applies to all of them in full force.
Because I've had cases where I've chased butterflies for hours and they've literally played with me, flying away from the flower they landed, the moment I picked up the camera.
And also wild birds that have patiently waited to be photographed.
There is one more thing - the animals may have stood still and tame, but the photos are still not good.
This is again due to the fact that the animal did not allow you to photograph it.
Nothing can happen without their permission.
But see this cutie:
Can you imagine what movements it would make in front of the camera if it had limbs ...
Because I can. 🐌📷❤️

This snail looks a perfect model in pose ^_^
Yes, it was my cute model that day 🐌📷♥️
I agree! Butterflies, birds and bees (the 3Bs) definitely are the most challenging animals to photograph.
You did an excellent job capturing the snail in motion!🐌
Hopefully all of us "slug" along through the week faster than your subject😀
