In India, the monsoon is a seasonal change in wind direction that brings heavy rainfall, which is important for farming. The monsoon provides water for irrigation, replenishes soil moisture, and influences crop production and prices. For example, the Kharif monsoon rice plant can produce high yields when it receives 1200–1400 mm of rainfall during its growing season. So keeping these in mind I went out for a little walk around my village farming fields.
Walking in rain is not possible due to muddy area at most of the place. So I took my vehicle along and went towards the fields. These are the time ofnthe season, when every farmers expect rainfall. Farmers expect rain because it's essential for the growth and development of crops. Rain provides water for plants to absorb nutrients and transport them to their leaves and stems. Without rain, plants can't survive and crops can suffer. Rain also helps to reduce soil erosion, improve soil fertility, reduce the risk of wildfires, and provide relief from the heat.
After 2 years of inadequate rainfall, we are hopeful of a decent rain this years. Up above the sky, we can see the clouds formation. Clouds appear when water vapor in the air condenses into visible water droplets or ice crystals. We can see some derk patches so esrly in the morning.
This happens when the air is saturated, meaning it can't hold all the water vapor it contains. The water vapor then condenses into a liquid or solid form, and the water droplets make the cloud visible. The droplets are so small that they stay suspended in the air.
Rain can cause a unique smell called petrichor, which is caused by a combination of rain water, ozone, geosmin, and plant oils. I can smell that in every steps I took towards the green pastures. Rainwater can also make soil more fertile. This is why you can see lot of farming and plantation takes place at many location. So does in my area.
My field was next to this big piece of forest land. The dowjng has been done and the field was full of water. I took a view from a distant, as the area was too wet and slippery. It was a quick walk as the clouds started to drizzle. It was good option to run towards my vehicle to reach home.
It is not a good idea to get wet in rain, as there were many lightening incident happened a while ago. It is alwsys advised to stay indoor. Lighetning is dangerous and can fall on open grounds. So I did my sensible things to return home. But still walking down the open fields alwsys give a relief feeling especially when it is our own fields.
Peace!!

How much we should learn from nature, she is wise and she is the best teacher.... patience!💗
Yes....while she is quite devastating too but patience is its besutiful form to admire for long.
Patience is one of the greatest virtues!
How are you dear friend @steemflow good day
I hope that this year it rains enough so that nature is lush and beautiful.
Very true and very good recommendation, staying at home when the rain is accompanied by a thunderstorm can be very dangerous
Have a great day
I do remember the monsoon season from when I lived there
