La mayoría de las personas pasan el tiempo ocupados resolviendo sus problemas, trabajando, viviendo mucho estrés por cosas que al final nos dejarán desgastados, al punto hasta de enfermar por una rutina que poco a poco nos pudiera estar haciendo más y más daño.
Most people spend their time busy solving their problems, working, living a lot of stress for things that in the end will leave us worn out, to the point of getting sick because of a routine that little by little could be doing us more and more harm.
Y si, también me incluyo en ese gran grupo de "maquinas" que viven cada día tratando de mejorar, ya sea en lo económico, en tener una mejor casa, querer cumplir sueños.

Para este tipo de situaciones la mayoría de las veces recurro salir a la naturaleza, a tomar fotos, ya sea para la montaña a caminar o a la playa para poder despejar la mente, para estar un poco alejado de los problemas y poder pensar mejor.

Lo segundo es y lo que más me agrada personalmente es el aire puro, sin contaminación, una cosa que realmente disfruto al estar en estos lugares, no tanto en la playa sino en la montaña, donde hay muchos arboles, animales.
