Hello, a warm embrace to this beautiful community so attractive and interesting that allows us to visualize and put into practice the different techniques that are really beautiful.
I am amores.sf2 is my first publication in this community and I would like to participate in this challenge, where I will not only show my manual project but I will also be able to express all the feelings and benefits that this activity transmits to me.
I love being creative! It is an activity that I enjoy and I make the most of it every time I do it, for me art is more than a simple concept, art represents in me the recognition of our being, connecting with ourselves, relaxing, therapy, relieving stress in these difficult times, it is learning and above all it is gain because through them we have the ability to heal the soul and feed our heart and therefore gain a good mental health which is ideal for every human being.
Today I bring to you a beautiful project that I made with much enthusiasm and love!
DECORATED COVER FOR GLASSES, this is a simple project to make and with few materials you can make it, it is also very useful not only beautifies our glasses but can serve as a beautiful gift for that special someone, so put your imagination to fly and encourage me to create!
I will tell you that my passion for crochet knitting comes from my childhood because my beautiful mother always was and still is passionate about knitting, it was rare not to see her in her free time grabbing a thread and a needle and create with them beautiful and of course very original projects, during all this time I grew up watching and learning what she made with so much love, in a few words how much or little I owe to her, thanks to her I have managed to make bags, cases, wallets, covers for notebooks and cell phones, table cloths and crochet applications to decorate our clothes and the latest that I bring you today.
Personally I do not use a pattern or magazines as such, I simply observe what I like and try to weave the threads with different stitches until I get to create my projects in a beautiful way. Now I show you the procedure of what I made so that you have an idea and you will be encouraged with love and a lot of willingness to elaborate this beautiful project.
The materials to be used to make the decorated cover are the following.
Yarn or yarn to knit the desired color, I use black color for the cover, red green and brown for the cherries and leaves that I made to decorate the cover are shown in the photo.
Knitting needle.
Thread and needle for sewing
start with a 5 stitches chain stitch and join them to form a circle and on this to start knitting in a circular way increasing its size until reaching the size of the glass which we want to decorate.
Once this step is completed, we begin to reduce the weave a little to find a way to make a basket and thus form the weave for the body of the vessel.
For my knitting I use the vareta stitch is one of the most used stitches since it allows us to advance faster in our knitting, in this way I knitted according to the size of the glass, this part is made with half stitch chains of 5 and we link where appropriate so that we have a space between the fabric and thus continue to make the fan stitch that gives that appearance on the edge of faralao so I call it, a detail that makes our cover look even more beautiful.
Now we are ready to decorate and for that make 2 circles in red color of the making 3 chain stitches joining them and knitting over this circle increasing each time a point to enlarge little by little our knitted circle until reaching the desired size of our cherries, too. I make the leaf in the same way only when it has the desired size I will give shape on the edge and the edge to form the leaf, for the trunk or stick of the cherries I use brown color and it is a simple chain stitch according to the desired size.
To finish my project, I used the thread and needle to bake the cherries and the leaf directly in the sheath on the trunk or stick.
And in this way we culminate our beautiful project which is very useful because it makes our glasses look attractive.

Espero volver a ver tus proyectos a crochet. Saludos y bendiciones.
Gracias.
