Feliz noche #needlewokers me encuentro finalizando de compartirles el proceso de este vestido que aunque es largo pareciera difícil pero nada que ver ,lo terminé a penas está tarde y me desocupé a penas ahora para enseñarles antes de dormir como es que hice este trabajo,este vestido es para mi para una ocasión especial ,hace días pasé por una pequeña tienda donde nos ofrecen telas y venden recortes de tela de un metro medio metro y lo que desees ,en ocasiones siempre necesitamos un rinconcito asi donde ir a comprar ese trozo de tela que nos hace falta o si eres como yo que donde veo telas me enamoro de ese lugar y ya compro sin pensarlo.

Good night #needlewokers I am finishing sharing with you the process of this dress that although it is long it seems difficult but nothing to do with it, I finished it just this afternoon and I just freed myself now to show you before going to sleep how I did this work, this dress is for me for a special occasion, a few days ago I passed by a small store where they offer us fabrics and they sell scraps of fabric of a meter and a half and whatever you want, sometimes we always need a little corner like this where I can go to buy that piece of fabric that we need or if you are like me where I see fabrics I fall in love with that place and I buy without thinking about it.

Cuando ví esta tela de lunares no dudé en comprarla porque a mí me encantan los cuadros y lugares en estampados de tela no se por qué me llama tanto la atención sobre todo lunares que tengan el fondo negro y sean de lunares claros,siento combinan con un tono unicolor vibrante pero esta vez este vestido lo haré sencillo con elástico en la cintura para que me moldee mas mi figura sea cómodo y por cierto me cubra la parte de las piernas ,estos vestidos me están empezando a gustar mucho y pues encontré donde comprar retazos para hacer la ropa que me gusta y muchas confecciones mas,sin mas que decirles les muestro como lo he hecho 😊🪡🧵.

Paso 01

Como primer paso tomé mis patrones de blusa delantera y trasera básico hasta la cintura porque estaré cortando dos piezas de adelante y atrás en la tela negra unicolor, usaré los patrones para cortar también las mangas este patrón es de otra blusa y pues la cortamos hasta la mitad como de unos 14 cm ,cortamos también el sesgo y para la falda corté un cuadro de 140 cm de ancho x 100 cm de largo estás piezas son las que usaremos para la confección.

Step 01

As a first step I took my basic front and back blouse patterns up to the waist because I will be cutting two front and back pieces in the black single-color fabric, I will use the patterns to cut the sleeves as well. This pattern is from another blouse and so we cut it in half, about 14 cm, we also cut the bias and for the skirt I cut a square measuring 140 cm wide x 100 cm long. These pieces are the ones we will use for making it.

Paso 02

Después estaremos empezando a coser y unir la falda con overlock hice está costura de arriba abajo y pasé la máquina por la parte de abajo ,procedo a coser y unir las piezas de los hombros delantera y trasera luego abro esta pieza para coser la manga a la sisa.

Step 02

Then we will begin to sew and join the skirt with overlock. I made this seam from top to bottom and passed the machine along the bottom, I proceed to sew and join the front and back shoulder pieces, then I open this piece to sew the sleeve to the armhole.

Paso 03

Para hacer el detalle de la manga estaré usando elástico delgado de 1 cm aproximadamente y con 12 cm de largo voy a tomar la punta y coseré el elastico estirando de arriba abajo marcando la mitad de la manga para saber dónde terminaré cosiendo y sellare la blusa del vestido después coso el contorno de la manga donde después coseré el dobladillo,paso a coser con costura recta la falda por donde cosimos anteriormente pero con costura recta para reforzar la costura overlock.

Step 03

To make the sleeve detail I will be using thin elastic of approximately 1 cm and with 12 cm long I will take the tip and sew the elastic stretching from top to bottom marking the middle of the sleeve to know where I will finish sewing and I will seal the blouse of the dress then I will sew the outline of the sleeve where I will later sew the hem, I proceed to sew the skirt with a straight stitch where we sewed previously but with a straight stitch to reinforce the overlock seam.

Paso 04

Después de coser la falda tanto como la blusa uniremos ambas piezas haciendo pequeños tablones en la falda porque nuestra blusa pues es angosta entonces haremos pequeños tablones estirando poquito la blusa y cosiendo con costura recta luego vamos a coser con overlock el elástico y volvemos a rematar con costura recta,finalizó cosiendo el bias de adentro hacia afuera como acostumbramos a hacerlo y de esta forma lo terminamos.

Step 04

After sewing the skirt and the blouse, we will join both pieces by making small planks in the skirt because our blouse is narrow, so we will make small planks by stretching the blouse a little and sewing with a straight seam. Then we will sew the elastic with an overlock and finish again with a straight seam. We will finish by sewing the bias from the inside out as we usually do and this is how we finish it.
