Este estuche fue un pedido de un cliente que tiene una banda y toca el bajo. Al principio, pensé que no podría hacerlo porque este tipo de estuches tiene muchos detalles. Espero que les guste cómo hago mi trabajo.

Hello, NeedleworkMonday friends. This time, I want to show you how I made a case for an electric bass guitar. This case was requested by a customer who has a band and plays bass. At first, I thought I wouldn't be able to make it because this type of case has a lot of details. I hope you like how I do my work.

Los materiales fueron lona impermeable,la esponja que lleva para proteger el instrumento, tijeras hilo y la máquina de coser.

Empecé cortando la base del estuche con las medidas del anterior estuche porque el cliente lo trajo desgastado cosas que de ese estuche voy a tomar las medidas para el nuevo estuche y también el sierre que está en buen estado y las correas para las mangas.

I started by cutting the base of the case to the measurements of the previous case because the client brought it worn out, so from that case I will take the measurements for the new case and also the saw which is in good condition and the straps for the sleeves.

Aquí corte los laterales y el bolsillo ahora voy a cortar las mangas con la medida del antiguo estuche.

Here I cut the sides and the pocket, now I'm going to cut the sleeves to the size of the old case.

Ahora con todo ya cortado voy a empezar a coserla y también a colocarle la esponja.

Now with everything cut I'm going to start sewing it and also placing the sponge.

Y así hice con las demás mangas ahora voy a coser el estuche primero voy a coser le bolsillo con su sierre luego los laterales y ya después le voy a coser el forro que lleva por dentro para también ponerle esponja.

And that's what I did with the other sleeves. Now I'm going to sew the case. First I'm going to sew the pocket with its serge, then the sides, and then I'm going to sew the lining inside to also put sponge in it.

Ya en lo último le puse el sierre que va por todo el largo del estuche,en la realización de este estuche se utilizaron casi todo lo del estuche anterior ya que estaban en buen estado lo mismo que las medidas y pienso que si no hubiera sido así el estuche no hubiera quedado bien y me gustó el resultado y al cliente también le gustó.

Finally, I added the saw that runs along the entire length of the case. In making this case, almost everything from the previous case was used, as they were in good condition, as were the measurements, and I think that if it hadn't been that way, the case wouldn't have turned out right, and I liked the result and the client liked it too.
