Amigos y familia de hive, feliz de poder estar aquí con todos ustedes y poder compartir una vez mas un poco de mis creaciones, el día de hoy quiero enseñarles algo que le hice a mi hija menor, le transformé un vestido grande en una hermosa falda, es un proceso bastante creativo pero realmente hermoso, así que quiero que vean el paso a paso.

Friends and family of hive, happy to be here with all of you and to share once again some of my creations, today I want to show you something I made for my youngest daughter, I transformed a big dress into a beautiful skirt, it's a very creative process but really beautiful, so I want you to see the step by step.

Paso 1: vamos a usar nuestro vestido junto con los demás artículos necesarios para esta creación o remodelación. Lo primero que haremos será cortar a la mitad el vestido, para dividir la falda de la parte de arriba, solo nos quedaremos con la falda del vestido. Ahora lo que haremos será coser a los lados de la falda.

English:

Step 1: We are going to use our dress along with the other items needed for this creation or remodeling. The first thing we will do will be to cut in half the dress, to divide the skirt from the top, we will only keep the skirt of the dress. Now what we will do is sew the sides of the skirt.

Paso 2: seguiremos cosiendo el vestido, ahora procederemos a cortar lo que será la pretina de nuestra falda, procurando que no sea ni tan gruesa pero tampoco tan finita, y procederemos a coser cuidadosamente la pretina individualmente de la falda, es decir, coseremos a parte de la falda la pretina sola, cosiendo los bordes para procurar un buen acabado.

English:

Step 2: we will continue sewing the dress, now we will proceed to cut what will be the waistband of our skirt, making sure it is not so thick but not so thin either, and we will proceed to carefully sew the waistband individually from the skirt, that is to say, we will sew the waistband alone, sewing the edges to ensure a good finish.

Paso 3: luego de tener ya la pretina cosida la parte de la falda, lo que haremos será coser a la falda la pretina, así como pueden observar en la imagen y por último lo que haremos será coser el ruedo de la falda para que se vea mucho mas detallista en cuanto al tema de los acabados y así culminamos con esta remodelación, espero que les haya gustado tanto como a mi el resultado final, allí podrán ver el antes y el después.

English:

Step 3: after having already sewn the waistband part of the skirt, what we will do is sew the waistband to the skirt, as you can see in the image and finally what we will do is sew the hem of the skirt to make it look much more detailed in terms of finishes and so we culminate with this remodeling, I hope you liked as much as I did the final result, there you can see the before and after.
