Fold Ankara into two, Mark out the upper bust,nipple to nipple point, under bust, and half length of the measurement on the folded fabric.

Since I have fold the cloth into two the nipple to nipple that Will be mark out on the fabric is half of the nipple to nipple point which is 3.5inches, then add half inches allowance . from the under bust and waist half length I mark 2.5 inches and connect it to the nipple to nipple point. Place the other measurement before cutting that past out that for the upper part.
For the down part, I start the measurement from the half length of the waist then determine the hip and full length of the dress.

Cut it out and launch the nipple to nipple, under bust when joining, ensure the launching meet each other also do same to the lining and attached the down part, Puff sleeve with the zipper at the back.
