On the folded fabric, start from the center front place the measurements for the neck, bust,waist,and hip and full length of the dress.
For the back simply fold the fabric into 2 as well. place front cutout on the folded fabric for back plus 2 inches for the zip.
Also the back neck is higher than the front neck area.
When you cut out the front and back with peplum this is how it look.
Sew the sides together. Add the sleeves and finish the neck line. I added facing to my neck line with zipper.
