Happy monday morning to this sweet comunity. Sure you guys enjoyed your weekend, it's another Monday morning to showcase my needle work tallent. So I was going through the post here last week thinking of what to create and I came across one of the post that one of the members here posted and I decided to recreate it and I also used her measurement to try and see if I can make it with that. I got all my wool from the market to make these watermelon fruit. So i am sharing it here for you people to rate my recreates.
Materials used
Green wool
White wool
Red wool
Black wool
Knitting pin
Needle
So I started with tieing the wools on my fingers and then I tie it on another one and used the knitting pin to make a double crochet on it for about 10, I made a ring out of it.
Then I went to the next row I made two double crochect on each of the 10 single crochet I did till the row was done with.
I moved to the third row and in this row I made an additional 10 double crochet at this point I just did not make it in order I just counted an extra 10 double crochet as I was doing the rows.
I repeated this same process by adding 10 double crochet in each of the row I enter till I was down the rwled colours.
The red one contain 12 rows and apart from the second two which is double of the first row (ie 20 double crochet) the rest of the lines contains an additional 10 double crochet.
I move into putting just two rows of the white and doing still the same process as the rest of the crochet.
And the the last two rows was the deep green colours of which it contains 180 double crochet.

After that I decided to put a black wool on the needle to imput the black which represent the seads of watermelon. After imputing the black I was done with the whole process.
Thanks so much for giving me this opportunity to recereat the beautiful fruits. I spent hours recreating this becasue this is my first time of making any fruit, and also my baby was disturbing as well.
Happy New week lovelies.
