Making a bow tie for my church member

Goodmorning all. I know you are enjoying your beautiful sleep so i thought of dropping this here so that whenever you wake up u will be glowing with my beautiful bow tie.
This is a bow tie that i am making for one of my choir member. He just needed a differnt shade of tie apart from the usual bow tie, he needed something knitted with hands. And since i can make it he contacted me and i believe that once he receives this bow tie he will love it. I made it with so much love. Though the process was not that hectice but it was worth my time and energy.

I am just using the red wool for the bow tie.
Red wool
Knitting pin
Scissors for cutting

Ok so i will start by making a very long chain but not just like that without measurement. I made a complete eighty two chain long. Why because we will have
8hdc, 8slt, 20hdc, 8slt, 20hdc, 8slt and 8hdc then the lapse will be as a result of skipping one before the 8hdc.

Next i will turn to doing the first eight halve double crochet i will pass the first chain and start with the second chain and that will take the first nine chain.

At this stage i have started doing the next which is supose to be eight slip stitch and i will do this till i complete eight and then to the next one

I will start another halve double crochet but this time it will be a total of twenty halve double crochet. I will complete it and move to the next one

I will do another eight slip stitch and then another twenty halve double crochet

Next i will do another eight slip stitch and then eight double crochet to complete the first row.

At this point i will repeate the same process for the other side so that i can move to the next row.

Then i had to go another row so that my work will ticken and the bow will come out big a bit. I did not want it to be so big so that it wil be significant and different while he is using it so i did only two rows sorry my camara is not doing justice to the photos.

I had to make the first turning making the first halve double crochet and first slip stitch to reach the middle of the slip stitch. Then i will do the same thing to the left side of it. After that i will have the pictures below as seen.

I will used the wool to wrap in the middle of the bow so that it will stay in a place. So now i am done making this bow i had to make some photos of it to show the finishing.
