Hoy continuaremos hablando sobre nuestra salud. Este tema es muy importante ya que puede echar a perder todos tús planes de un momento a otro. Si no le hacemos caso, inclusive podemos llegar a amputación de algún órgano o parte del cuerpo.

Antojitos Candida
As we already know the pathogen (causative agent) #AntojitosCandida, where it lives, what it feeds on and the symptoms it causes when its population is high. How about we talk about:

Esto dependerá del sistema nervioso predominante en nosotros. Nuestro sistema nervioso tiene un lado pasivo y otro excitado. Lo ideal sería que se encuentren en equilibrio, aunque por lo general tendemos a ser muy excitados o muy pasivos.
Entre los alimentos que nos fortalecen tenemos a:
- Apio
- quinua
- todo tipo de carnes
- pescados (anchoveta)
- huevos
- acelga
- culantro
- legumbres (menestras, tarwi, arvejas)
- limón
- pepinillo
- espinaca
- aceite de oliva, de coco, etc
- brócoli
- coliflor
- ajos
- kión
- palta
- hierbas aromáticas
Según mi experiencia, agregaría: chuño, tocosh, yacón, cañihuaco (harina de cañihua), mashua, yogurt sin azúcar, queso mejor si es de cabra, infusiones sin azúcar de caña (sí stevia), caihua, atajo (ataco o yuyo), algas o yuyo, cushuro, cal con quinua y beber mucha agua hervida sin azúcar.
This will depend on the predominant nervous system in us. Our nervous system has a passive side and an excited side. Ideally they should be in balance, although we usually tend to be either very excited or very passive.
Among the foods that strengthen us we have:
- celery
- quinoa
- all kinds of meat
- fish (anchovy)

In my experience, I would add: chuño, tocosh, yacon, cañihuaco (cañihua flour), mashua, yoghurt without sugar, goat cheese, infusions without sugar cane (yes stevia), caihua, atajo (ataco or yuyo), seaweed or yuyo, cushuro, lime with quinoa and drink lots of boiled water without sugar.
¿Alimentos amigos o enemigos?
As you can see, there are many foods that nourish us (friendly foods). However, fruits and other vegetables such as beetroot or potatoes are not included because they are among those that contain high carbohydrate (enemy foods). For this reason, their consumption is limited to a maximum of one quarter of the plate.

Dato curioso: Este tema me interesa bastante, sobre todo porque veo a mucha gente sufrir con los síntomas debido a que sin saberlo tienen el sistema nervioso sobre excitado (elevada población del hongo Candida). Lo peor es que los médicos de esta época (la mayoría) no hacen absolutamente nada y dicen que el cáncer es cuestión de mala suerte/ This subject interests me a lot, especially because I see many people suffering from symptoms due to an unknowingly over-excited nervous system (high population of Candida fungus). ¡Hola!, las mini mazorcas (jaja). Es difícil despegarme del maíz, antes era fanática de la canchita tostada, ahora trato de limitarme a un puñado. Al ser carbohidrato puedo sustituirlo por papa o arroz. Gracias por comentar y ¡Buenas vibras!.
