Today I will show you how I cut and sew an fish tail gown with with Cosette breast part.
Here I have my lace material, zip,dull-face material, and the Cosette
First thing to do is to fold my material by two to remove the down part of the gown for the front part after that I place the front part on the other side of the material with my two inches allowance for my zip, and cut it out.
Next I cut my upper side of the gown by sixteen inches for the back side and my hand pit by eight inches, my neck length by eight inches and the wideness by five inches.
Then I proceeded to cut the front part of the gown by twenty inches and I remove six inches cause I will attaching my baby lace at the top,
This how I place my Cosette and cut it out by giving it half inches allowance for sewing, I used my chalk to trace it out before cut it out.
Then I cut out the part which I'll be putting my Cosette using my dullface material.
Then I cut out my hand using my lace by twenty two inches
Then I proceeded to cut out my dull face for each part of the gown
After cutting everything I proceeded to put in the the dullface for each part and sew my Cosette.
This is the back side after the lining for both the upper and down part of the gown.
And this is the front part after the lining and putting my Cosette.
After that I cut out my V cove shape and fix the front, and fix it together.
After lining up everything I proceed to iron before joining them together
This how it looks our gown is set.
