Today I will show you how I cut and sew a trouser and a half jumper, I'm not a male fashion designer but I decided to make this for my self.
Here I have my Ankara material, zip and my cotton bayas.
The first thing I did was to cut my trouser, and I started by folding my material by two measure out my waist by nine inches, length by thirty eight inches, and the middle line in the front part of the trouser by ten inches and then I cut it out, then I place the front part on the other side of the material and cut the back side and give out my little allowance for both the middle side and the other side and also cut it out.
And I cut the material I will be using to fix my pocket for the trouser.
After that I proceed to sew the middle part and fix my zip for the front part.
After that I proceed to fix the pocket just like this on the both side of the trouser in the front.
I now join the back side and the front side together, after that I iron it through inside before joining the trouser.
After that I join the trouser and fix the waist.
And for the shirt I fold my material also by two measure out my left and my chest with a two inches allowance and cut it out, and also place the first part I cut on the other side of the material and cut out same thing, after that I had to trim the front part from the upper side to the hand pit side to have a proper shoulder balance and then I cut out my neck.
After that I proceed to use my cotton bayas to turn the neck of the skirt,fix the zip also on the other side of the shirt in the neck and then cut out my hand pit.
After that I proceeded to fix my hand on the shirt.
And finally this is the outfit and how it looks on me.
