I made several hearts of different sizes to complement the embellishments and sewed the lace on the edge of the sleeves and collar. I did a single stitch. I sewed the hearts over the already worn van logos and two rows of small hearts between the slightly larger shapes. The large hearts I sewed onto the fabric.
