Happy #needleworkmonday Friday. After a week of chores and other things, I was finally able to finish putting together one of the two dozen keychains that my friend Odalys ordered from me. Her niece will have a birthday in May and sunflowers will be the motif used for the decoration. Then it occurred to her that as souvenirs they could give some nice sunflower key chains and for my blessing she contacted me for this task. We make a second row of picot stitches, but first we make a row of 24 single crochet stitches. This will be obtained by making an increase every two single crochet stitches. To close the flower we raise a row of 24 stitches with the green thread and we close with decreases. The last thing to do is to place the key ring. I had some beautiful heart-shaped ones but I didn't get them. I think I'm going to place other ornaments like some bells, I think it lacks something else, this I will do before showing them to Odalys.
