Today I would love to show you a nice, simple and practical transformation of a shirtdress that I no longer used, to a nice two-piece set.

Les deseo una inmensa lluvia de ideas para continuar intercambiando nuevos proyectos dia a dia. El dia de hoy me encantaria mostrarles una linda, sencilla y practica tranformacion de un camisero que ya no usaba, a un lindo conjunto de dos piezas.
This sewing project demonstrates how no matter how minimal the work is, it always makes a difference, allowing it to be used with other garments. It was a simple work, which I think that any lover of challenges and sewing, can execute it. You just have to be very careful when making the hems to avoid a misaligned seam.
Despite not having much fabric, I achieved a design similar to what was in trend here in my country.
For its realization I was inspired by thousands of designs that were made with the same type of fabric, but the most beautiful to my personal taste were the following:
Este proyecto de costura, demuestra como por muy minimo que sea el trabajo, siempre marca la diferencia, permitiendo utilizarlo con otras prendas. Fue un trabajo sencillo, el cual creo que cualquier amante de los retos y de la costura, pueda ejecutarlo. Solo hay que ser muy cuidadosos a la hora de hacer los dobladillos para evitar una costura desalineada.
A pesar de no disponer de mucho tejido, se logro un diseño similar al que estaba en tendencia aqui en mi país.
Para su realización me inspire en miles de diseños que estaban confeccionados con el mismo tipo de tela, pero los mas bonitos a mi gusto personal fueron los siguientes:

Procedure:
1st step:
Mark with the help of the tape measure and a crayon a line all around the waist. Once the whole area is marked, proceed to cut it out along the same area.
Procedimiento:
1er paso
Marcar con ayuda de la cinta metrica y una crayola una linea por todo el contorno de la cintura. Para unas vez marcada toda la zona, proceder a recortarla por la misma.
2nd step:.
To the part that was left as a skirt, make a cut in a straight line, to even out the hem. In order to align all the work that is going to be done on it (shave all that area).
2do paso:
A la parte que quedo como falda, realice un corte en linea recta, para emparejar el bajo. Para de esta manera quede bien alineado todo el trabajo que se va a realizar en el mismo( ripiar toda esa area).
3rd step:.
To the top, which is like a mini jacket, do the same work as the bottom of the skirt, that is, ripiarlo all around that contour. This fashion is being applied and used a lot here in my country. To finish with the top of the garment, in this case the jacket, I made some small ripiados, thus improving and changing its appearance.
3er paso:
A la parte de arriba, la cual queda como una mini chaqueta, realice el mismo trabajo del bajo de la falda, o sea, ripiarlo por todo ese contorno. Esta moda se esta aplicando y usando mucho aca en mi pais. Para culminar con la parte de arriba de la prenda, en este caso la chaqueta, le realice unos pequeños ripiados, de esta forma mejorando y cambiando su apariencia.
4to step:.
The bottom part (the skirt), I opened it all around the center, to give it the feeling of a sarong. And with a small ribbon, I made the strips to tie it at the waist.
4to paso:
A la parte de abajo( la falda), la abri por todo el centro, para darle la sensacion como de pareo. Y con un pequeño liston, le hice las tiritas para amarrarla x la cintura.
5th step:.
I put some buttons to decorate and complement the skirt. Besides giving it a tik tak stitch all around the edge to prevent it from unraveling.
5to paso:
Le puse unos botones para adornar y complementar la faldita. A parte de darle por todo el borde una costura en tik tak, para evitar que se desile.

Love this transformation, because it shows that you can always give new life to clothes that you don't wear or are simply out of fashion. You can also reuse it with other outfits. This one in particular would look divine with a pair of wide pants, ripped; accompanied by a round neck blouse, with some accessories. And if your favorite option is the skirt. It would look perfect with a long sleeved shirt, preferably white, and some thin heels.
Ame esta transformacion, porque demuestra que siempre se puede dar nueva vida a ropitas que no usas o simplemente esten pasadas de moda. A parte de tambien poder reutilizarla con otros outifs. Esta en particular quedaria divina con un pantaloncito ancho, ripiado; acompañado de una blusa de cuello redondo, con algunos accesorios. Y si tu opcion favorita es la falda. Pues quedaria perfecta con una camisa mangas largasm de color preferiblemente blanco y unos tacones finos.
