Happy day my crochet friends, today I share with you the creation of a cute and flirty elephant made in crochet. 🐘🧶
Feliz día mis amigos crocheteros hoy les comparto la realización de una linda y coqueta elefantita elaborada en crochet. 🐘🧶
The materials used are crochet threads in colors: Gray and pink, number 4 crochet needle and scissors for the stitches in this project: Normal double crochets and half double crochets.
Los materiales utilizados son hilos de crochet en colores: Gris y rosa, aguja de crochet número 4 y tijeras para los puntos en este proyecto: Puntos altos normales y puntos medios altos.
We start with the gray thread, we make a ring inside 12 normal double crochets, the next row we make all the stitches in increases, rows 3, 4 and 5 we work 12 increases in each of the rows.
To form the head we work in medium high points, we take 12 points and make increases at some ends and decreases at others, until we obtain the desired shape, for the trunk we take the lower part of the head and we shape it in the best way during several rows, for the tail we also locate the most appropriate space and design the tail, in the lower part of the body we make the legs.
With the black thread we embroider the eye, for the ear we locate a space at the junction of the body and the head and there we make a large fan with several points and 3 rows, finally with the pink thread we form a kind of flower and place it as decoration on the piece.
Comenzamos con el hilo gris, hacemos un anillo adentro 12 puntos altos normales, la siguiente fila hacemos todos los puntos en aumentos, las filas 3, 4 y 5 se trabajan 12 aumentos en cada una de las filas.
Para formar la cabeza trabajamos en puntos medios altos, tomamos 12 puntos y hacemos en algunos extremos aumentos y en otros disminuciones, hasta obtener la forma deseada, para la trompa tomamos la parte baja de la cabeza y la vamos moldeando de la mejor forma durante varias filas, para la cola igualmente ubicamos el espacio más apropiado y diseñamos la cola, en la parte baja del cuerpo hacemos las patas.
Con el hilo negro bordamos el ojo, para la oreja ubicamos un espacio en la unión del cuerpo y la cabeza y allí hacemos un abanico grande de varios puntos y 3 filas, por último con el hilo rosa formamos una especie de flor y se la colocamos como decoración a la pieza.
