Exquisite crochet pineapple - Riquísima piña en crochet. 🍃🍍🧶

Hello my crochet friends, how are you spending this week? As you can see, I am sharing with you an exquisite and delicious pineapple 🍍🧶 as a mat or applique, we can also use it made in crochet. 💐

Hola mis amigos crocheteros ¿como la están pasando en este inicio de semana? como pueden apreciar les estoy compartiendo una exquisito y riquisima piña 🍍🧶 como tapete o aplique tambien la podemos utilizar elaborada en crochet. 💐

The materials I used were: Crochet threads in bright yellow and leaf green, crochet hook number 4 and scissors, the stitches used were: normal double crochet, single crochet and chain stitch.

Los materiales que utilicé fueron: Hilos de crochet en los colores amarillo intenso y verde hoja, aguja de crochet número 4 y tijeras, los puntos que se usaron fueron: Puntos altos normales, puntos bajos y puntos cadenas.

I started with the bright yellow yarn, making 12 chain stitches and on these I made 3 blocks of 3 normal double crochets separated by 1 chain, from row 2 to row 6 we will make increases in the blocks according to our taste.

From row 7 to row 13 we will make decreases in the blocks, then we will make single crochet around the whole piece to give more firmness to the design, finally we change to the green yarn to make the spikes, we form them like this, we make chains of different sizes and we close them with slip stitches on the piece giving the appearance of spikes.

Comencé con el hilo color amarillo intenso, haciendo 12 puntos cadenas y sobre estás hice 3 bloques de 3 puntos altos normales separados por 1 cadena, desde la fila 2 hasta la fila 6 haremos aumentos en los bloques según nuestro gusto.

Desde la fila 7 hasta la fila 13 haremos disminuciones en los bloques, luego haremos alrededor de toda la pieza puntos bajos para darle más firmeza al diseño, por último cambiamos al hilo color verde para hacerle las espigas, estás las formamos asi, haremos cadenas de diferentes tamaños y las cerramos con puntos deslizados sobre la pieza dando la apariencia de las espigas.
