Por aquí me encuentro trabajando y como siempre quería compartir con ustedes lo que hago, y hoy quise remodelar una chaqueta que ya tenía bastante tiempo guardada sin usarse y quise darle un nuevo estilo. Acompañenme a ver cómo fue el paso a paso y porsupuesto espero le guste y puedan también transformar algunas prendas que están guardadas.

Here I am working and as always I wanted to share with you what I do, and today I wanted to remodel a jacket that had been stored for a long time without being used and I wanted to give it a new style. Join me to see how was the step by step and of course I hope you like it and you can also transform some garments that are stored.
Materiales:
Tenemos aquí la chaqueta manga larga, encaje, hilo y aguja, tijeras, y una flor de cinta de raso para decorar.
Materials:
We have here the long sleeve jacket, lace, thread and needle, scissors, and a satin ribbon flower to decorate.
Paso 1
Cortamos la manda de la chaqueta, fíjese que lo hacemos muy a la orilla de la costura para que no se note el corte. Y luego procedemos a cortar la otra manga. Nos quedó una chaqueta de Jeans sin mangas.
Step 1
We cut the sleeve of the jacket, note that we do it very close to the edge of the seam so that the cut is not noticeable. And then we proceed to cut the other sleeve. We are left with a sleeveless jeans jacket.
Paso 2
Al tener la chaqueta sin mangas tomamos el encaje y lo colocamos por la parte de adentro de la orilla de la manga y que quede el resto hacia afuera como muestra la imagen llegó empezamos a coser ell encaje a la orilla de la manga y cada cierto espacio hacemos un doblez de tres para hacer pliegues y así no quedé el encaje liso sino se le da una forma más bonita y así cosemos hasta llegar al inicio y cerrar la manga con el encaje, repetimos el mismo procedimiento en la otra manga.
Step 2
When we have the sleeveless jacket we take the lace and place it on the inside of the edge of the sleeve and the rest of the sleeve facing out as shown in the image, we start sewing the lace to the edge of the sleeve and every few spaces we make a fold of three to make folds and so the lace is not smooth but gives it a more beautiful shape and so we sew until we reach the beginning and close the sleeve with the lace, we repeat the same procedure on the other sleeve.
Paso 3
Al tener lista las nuevas mangas con su encaje procedemos a decorar a nuestro gusto, en mi caso le coloque una flor de cinta raso, hecha en unos de mis posts anteriores, la cosí como se muestra en la imagen y listo ya tenemos una chaqueta nueva, cómoda y práctica.
Step 3
Once the new sleeves are ready with their lace we proceed to decorate to our liking, in my case I put a satin ribbon flower, made in one of my previous posts, I sewed it as shown in the image and ready we have a new, comfortable and practical jacket.
