Feliz inició de semana queridos amigos de @NeedleWorkMonday, me da gusto compartir con ustedes una gran alegría mi nieto recién acaba de nacer y para recibirlo le hice los protectores para su cuna.
Happy start to the week dear friends of @NeedleWorkMonday, I am pleased to share with you a great joy for my newborn grandson and to receive him I made the protectors for his crib.
Debo mencionar que no soy costurera, pero hice mi mejor intento y no me quedo tal mal, así que no miren mucho la costura, acá les comparto los materiales utilizados y el proceso. Lo hice con todo el amor del mundo.
I must mention that I am not a seamstress, but I did my best and I am not so bad, so do not look too much at the sewing, here I share the materials used and the process. I did it with all the love in the world.

✅ 2 metros de dacron estampado
✅ 2 metros de dacron liso verde
✅ 1 carrete de hilo geige
✅ 1 carrete de hilo verde
✅ Tijeras
✅ Agujas
✅ Cinta metrica
✅ 2 metros de guata.
✅ cierre mágico
✅ Maquina de coser
Materials:
✅ 2 meters of printed dacron

✅ 1 spool of geige thread
✅ 1 spool of green thread
✅ Scissors
✅ Needles
✅ Tape measure
✅ 2 meters of wadding.

Proceso:
Lo primero que hice fue tomarme las medidas de la cuna, de acuerdo a eso corte 4 rectángulos en dos colores con 90cm de largo y 28cm de alto, dejando de lado y lado 2 cm para la costura. Esto para los laterales.
Process:
The first thing I did was take the measurements of the crib, according to that I cut 4 rectangles in two colors with 90cm long and 28cm high, leaving 2 cm for the seam. This for the sides.
La guata también la corte con esta mismas medidas.
The wadding is also cut with these same measurements.
Luego enfrentar las tela para coser de lado alrevez, continuar dando vuelta como si fuese una funda. Rellenar con guata.
Then face the fabrics to sew from side to side, keep turning as if it were a pillowcase. Fill with wadding.
Para la cabecera corte un semicírculo de 50cm de alto y 70cm de ancho, igualmente con la guata. Coser los bordes.
For the headboard, cut a semicircle 50cm high and 70cm wide, also with the wadding. sew the edges
Para adorna la cabecera corte una tira de la tela verde de 100 cm, doblar por la mitad y planchar, luego hacer plises con una costura recta, luego coser a la tela cortada siguiendo la forma de semicírculo.
To decorate the headboard, cut a 100 cm strip of the green fabric, fold in half and iron, then pleat with a straight seam, then sew to the cut fabric following the shape of a semicircle.
Luego para los pies de la cuna corte un rectángulo de 70cm de largo y 28cm de ancho, coser los bordes dar vuelta y rellenar con guata.
Then, for the feet of the crib, cut a rectangle 70cm long and 28cm wide, sew the edges, turn it over and fill it with wadding.
Para finalizar con una puntadas agregar cierre mágico por la parte de atrás del los protector y la cuna.
To finish with a stitch add magic closure on the back of the protector and the cot.
Este fue el resultado final, quedo muy bonito, aunque mis costuras no fueron perfectas, pero disfrute mucho haciéndolo y me llena de emoción saber que mi nieto estará cómodo en su cuna.
This was the final result, it turned out very nice, although my seams were not perfect, but I really enjoyed doing it and it fills me with emotion knowing that my grandson will be comfortable in his crib.

Quedo muy bello , tampoco soy costurera pero siempre me animo a realizar los proyectos que tengo en mi mente, siempre digo que solo falta creatividad no importa que no seamos expertos .
