Hello Hive
Today I decided to take another bold step to work towards fulfilling one of the goals I have written for the year. Having learnt a bit of female fashion fashion and sewn as many clothes for myself, friends and siblings, my three brothers have always be envious and unhappy that I haven't sewn anything for them.
Here is Patrick and Anastasia.
I have recently sewn a birthday dress for Anastasia but Patrick has never gotten any tangible birthday gift for him.
If I have an idea of male fashion maybe buying fabrics and sewing male clothes for him will be alot easier
My elder sister too hasn't been happy with me since she also gave birth to a baby boy here as my niece of which I have never been able to sew an outfit for .
All of these have bothered me for a while until today I have taking a bold step to start my journey into make fashion. I have heard that male fashion is very easy and with no doubt I am willing to give in my best and have to be optimistic in order to learn something new. I am not sure if I will be going into make fashion business in the future nevertheless I do not hesitate to invest in myself in terms of learning new skills whenever I have the opportunity to. I looked around here and found a male fashion designer who is good at his work and decided to enroll with him.
Today I learnt how to measurements and cut a basic top. There are also other apprentice here but very young children of 7years and above who cannot afford to go to school.
Their parents have enrolled them to start learning skills right from tender age
After learning how to cut a basic top I have been giving an assignment to cut a top in which the next step will have to be how to sew this top.
Things are getting interesting here and I can't wait to start sewing for my siblings if this gets easier than I thought.

BEER.Sewing Male wears are lot easier then Female wears but as a fashion designer, it's very good and advantageous if one can sew both. I love how you took your time to want to satisfy your siblings and that's great. Keep it up.✋🏿

Continue sharing your journey on Hive. If you introduce the other apprentices to the hive platform that could even be another avenue for you all to earn from your skills. Possibly advertising and selling your clothing works on Hive.
