I was showing her my doll project, then mentioned yours, then she shared her sewing-seaweed project... Then a friend sent me this clip about a documentary where this man spends 7 yrs making a fabric from nettles and a dress from this fabric. .... I read you comments some days ago, but these ugly headaches are not helpful in writing, so sorry I only answer now. Your friends website is beautiful and I love her paintings (she has all the qualities I love, but cannot make myself, the light and airiness, a open and hopeful quality) and sewing with seaweed- wow!!!! I followed her on Instagram (are you there too?)
And with the nettle dress: I instantly thought of the fairy of the wild swans from Anderson which is so wonderful and sad at the same time.
And yes sometimes there is a row of „coincidences“ which transform into a bigger pattern, I think we are primed in such moments to be more aware of certain topics/emotions etc. and so are able to see the connections. Looking forward to se you progress and change <3
