Ohhh I feel you… patience… not my biggest trait, I also mostly want to finish needlework as fast as possible, but sometimes I stop and think „why“? THere is no one hurrying me only i myself. I loved to read about you and how cross stitch helped you a bit in a very difficult tine (I hope your hip is better now???!) and can relate to this too. I have frequent migraines and sometimes when they are not so bad that I lay in bed but not mild enough to work or read or watch something I try to knit something simple, so that I can make use of this time.
