Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful myth about the snake. I directly watched the dance group as I find such things very fascinating. In Germany snakes do not play a great role in the native (read pre-Christian) mythology as we do not have many varietys of them. So it is even more interesting to read about they meaning in different cultures.
And your amigurumi snake is perhaps a great way to loose fear of snakes.

Hello, thank you for your comment. I really didn't know about the existence of the snake dance until recently. In itself the dance is very beautiful and in the indigenous culture it is a prized animal.
