Cómo les comenté antes, estoy en estos de las manualidades desde que formó parte de está hermosa plataforma , hace más de un año. Y no dejo en cada oportunidad que tengo de agradecer todo lo he aprendido y de las habilidades que descubrí en mi, al hacer cosas que tiempo atrás no me había animado a realizar.
As I told you before, I have been into these crafts since I was part of this beautiful platform, more than a year ago. And I do not stop at every opportunity I have to thank everything I have learned and the skills I discovered in myself, by doing things that long ago I had not encouraged myself to do.
Desde hace días que quería hacer un trabajo de costura muy especial 😔 cargado de mucho sentimiento para mí.
Así que estaba viendo cómo arreglar o transformar una bata de mi abuela. Pero como no soy de usar batas, me decidí por hacer un shorts y una camiseta.
For days I wanted to do a very special sewing job 😔 loaded with a lot of feeling for me.
So I was looking at how to fix or transform my grandmother's robe. But since I'm not one to wear robes, I decided to make shorts and a t-shirt.
Ahora les muestro como lo hice:

❤️ Lo primero que hice fue medir y cortar la bata, es decir, hasta donde quería el largo de la camiseta. Y la otra parte para hacer el shorts.
❤️ The first thing I did was measure and cut the robe, that is, as far as I wanted the length of the shirt. And the other part to make the shorts.
❤️ Comencé por el shorts, cortándolo por la medida de uno mis pijamas.
❤️ I started with the shorts, cutting them to the size of one of my pajamas.
❤️ Doblando la tela a la mitad y colocando el patrón encima de la tela. Procedí a cortar la parte delantera y después dándole la parte trasera del shorts.
❤️ Folding the fabric in half and placing the pattern on top of the fabric. I proceeded to cut off the front and then giving him the back of the shorts.
❤️ Una vez teniendo ambas partes, comencé a coser ambos extremos del shorts.
❤️ Once I had both parts, I started to sew both ends of the shorts.
❤️ Luego cosí la entrepierna.
❤️ Then I sewed the crotch.
❤️ Después cosí una fina pretina, por dónde iría el elástico.
❤️ Then I sewed a thin waistband, where the elastic would go.
❤️ Una vez listo el shorts, empecé a descoser las mangas de la bata y recorte un poco y le cosí un pequeño dobladillo o ruedo.
❤️ Once the shorts were ready, I started to unsew the sleeves of the robe and cut a little and sewed a small hem or hem
❤️ Y para finalizar le hice unos lindos lacitos y cosí al centro en la parte superior tanto de la camiseta comí del shorts
❤️ And to finish I made some nice little bows and sewed the center on the top of both the shirt and the shorts
Quedando así mi linda y cómoda pijama ☺️ feliz de como me quedo.
