Crochet a dog with me

Hello!!How you all are doing. I hope you are doing good and enjoying mental peace.I am not very active these days because of my papers. I have my first mid term exam on Monday. And here I am sitting with my crochet hook and yarn doing crochet. It's like a escape for me from my hectic routine and tension of papers. Its been a year since I am crocheting and now I feel like this is the only thing that can make me feel so good that I will forget everything and wonder about how my project will turn out. This Monday I decided to crochet a tuff toy. I once made a giraffe 🦒 and it turned out so good that it convinced me to make another toy which should be neat and clean. I went through many options and chose to make a dog tuff toy at the end.

The things required to make this are pretty regular like crochet hook,yarn, scissors ✂️, tapestry needle.
And the process follows making mouth with white yarn are any color you want to choose. I choose white yarn. I really love dogs. I have 2 dogs in my home right now and one of them is very old. Like it has been 8 to 9 years since he is living with us. We called him an old man in home. He is very beautiful. He have pretty hair and beautiful eyes.

I thought I have made amugrumis with the inspiration of every let I had. So why not this dog who is oldest pet in my home. This is absolutely not right to leave him like that.
I made the head and stuffed it with polyester.

I used 3 ply yarn and 2mm hook for this project. I always say that if you want to make your amugrumis neat choose the smallest hook and thinnest yarn. Although it is really difficult to work with these two but the outcome is always worth it. When I was done with head I made the body separately. Stuffed it and sewed it with the body. After that I made the long ears,feet and hands and attached them with the body with the help of needle.

After that I embroidered the face. It took alot of time. At first I made eyes and the mouth in a different way but when I showed it to my friends they were like the dog itself is really pretty but his eyes and mouth are not. So I came home and did the face part again. I opened the eyes (I think) three times. Then I was able to get the perfect face that I wanted.
I thin dogs are so sweet and affectionative. Like there is no other animal like dog when it comes to loyalty. So if you want a loyal pet and a friend you should go now and adopt a dog.
