Hello world!
We are back. I say we because this account will now be managed by two of us, Z and B. We have some big plans this year.
2025 may be the biggest year of our lives.
We are not sure exactly how we want to announce it all just yet but we are thinking about how we can build a business and how we can layer it on top of Hive as much as possible.
B makes creative yarn products, hats, wallets, and accessories. She's looking to quit her job and start her own company and expand to other items and Z will be helping with the planning, accounting, logistics, social media, and some of the artistic choices. There will be other aspects to this plan but we will save those for another day.
Z is a seasoned hivester, here since 2017, and quite familiar with how things work. He will not reveal his identity just yet, but if you'd like to guess, feel free. Hint: he writes stories and plays music as well as other things.
For now what you need to know is that we make hats and art and we are planning something big, and you will all be welcome to tag along for the journey.
From now we plan to have about 6-8 posts a month. Once or twice a week will be from B, where she shares hats, her process making them, the story behind them, and her experiences selling them.
Then once every week or two Z will introduce aspects of our big ongoing project and other tangential work that we are doing, and provide updates on the progress we've made towards reaching our goals.
We won't share all the details just yet, but we plan to expand the use of HBD to Japan and create some media which will mention Hive and hopefully lead to some onboarding, maybe an expansion of the Hive community in Tokyo and Japan.
If our plan works it may provide a template that other people can use. And if not, at least you'll see a lot of awesome hats and get to know more about us!
Before I get into the details, I want B to share more of her hats with you and let her get back into the habit of regularly creating posts.
She's been away from Hive for a good year, and she never really got a good feel of the ecosystem. Once she does, I we will be sharing our full vision.
I'm so ridiculously excited I can't even put it into words properly. It's a chance for us to combine all the things we love into one place and put all of our energy into it.
For now I'll show you one of the 6 or 7 hats she made me. Maybe one or two of you will recognize it.

私たちは戻ってきました。「私たち」と言うのは、このアカウントがこれからZとBの2人で管理されるからです。今年は大きな計画があります。
2025年は、私たちの人生で最も重要な年になるかもしれません。
まだ具体的な発表の仕方は決まっていませんが、ビジネスを立ち上げ、それを可能な限りHiveの上に構築する方法を考えています。
Bは高品質な毛糸製品、帽子、財布、アクセサリーを作っています。彼女は仕事を辞めて、自分の会社を立ち上げ、他の商品にも展開していくことを目指しています。Zは、その計画、会計、物流、SNS運営、さらにはアート的な選択などをサポートしていきます。他にも計画はありますが、それはまた別の日にお話しします。
今知っておいてほしいのは、私たちは帽子を作っていて、何か大きなことを計画しているということです。そして、その旅に皆さんもぜひ一緒に参加してください。
今後、月に6〜8回ほど投稿する予定です。Bは週に1〜2回、帽子の紹介や制作プロセス、その背景や販売経験についてシェアします。
そして、Zは1〜2週間に一度、私たちの大きなプロジェクトの進捗や関連する活動について紹介し、目標達成までの道のりを報告します。
まだ全ての詳細を共有するつもりはありませんが、HBDの日本での活用を広げ、Hiveに関するメディアを作成し、日本でのオンボーディングやHiveコミュニティの拡大につながればと考えています。
この計画がうまくいけば、他の人たちが参考にできるモデルになるかもしれません。もしうまくいかなくても、素敵な帽子をたくさんお見せできるし、私たちのことをもっと知ってもらえるでしょう！
詳細に入る前に、まずはBがもっと帽子をシェアし、定期的に投稿をする習慣を取り戻せるようにしたいと思います。
Bは約1年間Hiveを離れており、まだエコシステムに馴染めていません。彼女がしっかりと理解できたら、私たちのビジョンをすべて共有します。
もうワクワクしすぎて、言葉にならないほどです。自分たちの好きなことを全部詰め込んで、全力を注げるチャンスなんです！
まずは、Bが私のために作ってくれた6〜7個の帽子のうち1つをお見せします。もしかしたら、1人か2人は見覚えがあるかもしれませんね。
