Mi hija limpiando su escaparate encontró unos jeans que no le servian a su esposo, tenían tiempo guardado. Agarró uno y me dijo que si sería capaz de hacerle un bolso que le sirviera para ir de compras. No soy experta en la costur, pero guiándome por otro bolso me atrevo hacerlo.

Procedimiento:
Primero medimos con la cinta métrica desde la cintura hasta el largo deseado, marcamos con la tiza y cortamos las piernas.
Luego se descosen las entrepiernas en la parte delantera y trasera para que queden planas, descosí las curvas y coloqué una pieza sobre la otra doblando las orillas para coser en costura recta. Otras personas cortan el exceso, yo le pase costura recta para reforzar mejor.
Procedure:

Luego cortamos una pieza del mismo tamaño del fondo del bolso y le planchamos las orillitas sujetándolo con los alfileres para coser en costura recta para un mejor acabado.
Para las asas se cortan dos tiras iguales de sesenta centímetros o del largo deseado y de tres centímetros de ancho del mismo material. Colocamos las tiras al revés y cosemos a lo largo del costado de un extremo. Le damos la vuelta a los tiros y se cosen en línea recta por todo el borde.
Then we cut a piece of the same size as the bottom of the bag and iron the edges, pinning it with the pins to sew a straight seam for a better finish.
For the handles we cut two equal strips of sixty centimeters or the desired length and three centimeters wide of the same material. We place the strips upside down and sew along the side of one end. We turn the strips inside out and sew in a straight line along the entire edge.
Fijamos las asas en la parte superior del bolso, cosiéndolas bien para soportar el peso.

Te quedó muy bien el bolso trazando y copiando de otro bolso, buenísimo que estarás haciendo proyectos de costuras esas habilidades hay que mostrarlas y ponerlas en práctica, me encanta que hayas adquirido esa máquina , la Singer es tremenda marca.
