I started watching this also. It was a very similar idea to what I have seen in the past, but certainly more colourful.
and if they use too many garish and flourecent colors in both clothing and blood effect, other than that, the visual impact of attracting people with those colors, I think the series falls down by not taking advantage of the potential to deliver a good zombie series with gore, so the colorful censorship becomes nothing if it is not used to entertain the audience, which are the heroes attacking killing enemies to survive.
