It is a food that was born in Italy, born in joining several ingredients especially tomato sauce and cheese in a prepared dough, in which the combination of them is born a pleasant taste, different and exquisite presentation for many, of course over the years has evolved its flavors, but in essence remains the same, thus giving an easy meal to prepare and take home as fast food.
It is interesting how its flavor captive from the moment it is consumed and the good thing is that it can be eaten as lunch, dinner even some like it for breakfast hehe, its flavors are a delight on the palate, some even add pineapple which in particular is not much to my liking hehe, I prefer the traditional with ham, cheese and sauce, or sometimes with sausage, corn I also like to be added, it is a wealth for the palate.

The funny thing is that since 2017 every February 9 is celebrated its day, due to the popularity it has taken, not only in what one always says is Italy, that there it is traditional to eat pizza, but in various corners of the world has become so popular that it has been inevitable not to celebrate its day, commemorating its versatility of flavors, the way it is prepared and the presentation so simple to assimilate with taste, it is a food that can please from the smallest to the adults.

It became a heritage for humanity, since in most everyone makes and consumes pizza, what varies is really its ingredients but despite this its essence remains the same, and its presentation in a round shape chopped into triangles is something that can not miss, I really liked talking about this ephemeris and because what is my son and I as I mentioned before we love a lot every so often we like to enjoy, We go to two places that we love how they prepare it, one more toasted and the other more spongy but in the end a quality pizza, we would say that it is our favorite food, one that takes us out of the comfort zone where we always prepare at home and ready, it allows us to have a different moment and spend some time eating what we like.
