i like the idea that when you hit the play button you won't have any idea what you'll be about to listen to. & yes sure it's a surprise, it's kind of like when u r checking random tv or radio channels with no idea how things will develop. never heard of NaPodPoMo before but i think i've to check the site. since after 10 days there would b only 3 days left until US elections maybe i would listen to predictions & candidates news
The topics are always a surprise. One year someone's topic was on grief. If I had to pick a podcast to lsiten to it would not have been about grief, yet because it was a surprise listen, I learned a whole lot about processing grief and understanding cultural and societal norms on grief. It was really fascinating.
