As you start to pile in Hive and POB, then power up, you'll be able to comment and post more frequently. Anytime the system says I can't post at the moment (because I lease out my Hive Power), I wait until it regenerates, but that's pretty rare...sometimes I just power up some of the hive I have sitting around, then I can post again. :)
