THE CHAMP 5F1

the champ is a mythical amplifier of the brand for fender guitars, it has been used by many emblematic musicians since its construction in the 50's, by mr leo fender!

CONSTRUCTION

Greetings friends, this time I will show you my guitar amplifier is a fender champ clone 5f1, as I have had a long time in quarantine I did it little by little, I have not finished yet but it already sounds like it is the most important thing!

use 1 valve 6550 for the pre use 1 12ax7 and for rectification use a gz34. I put a resistor of 15watts at 270ohm and a switch that I have not yet placed but it goes there, this will help me to change valves: I can place a (5y3 original version) or a gz34 as a rectifier, as an amplifier I will be able to play with several such as 6V6, EL34, and 6L6, the pre is the same.

This change is made in order to increase the headroom and the amount of watts equivalent to the volume level, it will also help IF you change the speaker for a more sensitive one. "eye" this change is possible only if the output transformer and the power transformer support the amperage and impedance of the new valves and the new speaker, if not, don't even think of it, hahaha haha .....
