Primeramente tomamos una hoja ya utilizada o también periódico, luego cortamos todas las posibles tiras de papel que salgan de dicha hoja.

En segundo lugar, pasamos a enrollar de manera firme cada tira de papel, quedando como lo vemos en la siguiente foto.

Tercer lugar, marcamos la silueta del corazón en el cartón y luego procedemos a pegar cada uno de los rollitos dándole forma de corazón en este caso.

El cuarto y último paso rellenamos todo el corazón y le quise agregar unas palabras y figuras con pintura negra para finalizar.
