Quite a bit of work was done to close up the front of the sill. Piece by piece I tack welded bits on then shaped them in situ, checking against lines drawn on my paper templates that the shape was tot too far off original.
The bits were welded together before the unit was removed from the car, I still have to add the section where the fender/mud guard bolts on and clean it all up before I can call it done.
