Hi friends, today I'll show you the steps I followed in making a covered shoe for myself.
First, the materials include, leather, fibre, lace, sole, adhesive glue, and a gum brush.
For every shoe to be made, there is a pattern that must be cut onto the leather.
So I traced the pattern for this shoe and cut out on the leather.
After the upper has been sewn, I attach it to the upper with glue and sewing afterwards
I then created the insoles by covering the cardboard with leather as shown
Next step is to attach the front stay or stiffness
After this is done, we apply gum to the shoe and sole and then wait a bit for it to dry before placing with each other
VIOLA!!!!!
