A Portrait of Alfred Pennyworth from The Dark Knight; "Michael Caine"

in Nerday4 years ago

So I saw a portrait of Michael Caine and heard his name on a Simpsons episode which happened to be a rip-off of the Kingsman - Secret Service and James Bond's - Goldfinger a few days ago and I just couldn't help but remember the 2008 Batman movie: The Dark Knight.

That movie to me was revolutionary, it changed the way I viewed the world. I was brought up in a typical home where I was taught to play the careful card and that just then if I play it rightly, I might find my place in the world but seeing The Joker live so wild for something so deathly just because he believed in it, I knew I was on the wrong line of history.

The one thing I loved about Michael Caine's role as Alfred Pennyworth was that he never exercised any form of authority even when he could've but he instead made suggestions. A mistake most people make these days. The portrait took me a while to craft so I'd really appreciate your feedbacks...
