I have drawn a girl on black cardboard where the intention is to make a drawing in black and white photography format. I have used some new colors that I bought, some school prismacolor that have been very good, their quality does not compare to the premier prismacolor, but the school ones have given good results, I felt satisfied with the results. Hola amigos de Hive y a todos los dibujantes, hoy quiero mostrarles mi ultimo dibujo. He dibujado a una chica en cartulina negra donde la intención es hacer un dibujo en formato de fotografía en blanco y negro. He utilizado para ello unos colores nuevos que compré, unos prismacolor escolares que han resultado muy bueno, su calidad no se compara a los prismacolor premier, pero los escolares han dado buenos resultados, me senti conforme con los resultados. Process
For this drawing we make a sketch of a woman sitting with her legs crossed, with white we make the lines of the figure for the body with soft strokes in the same way that we do with the pencil.
Para este dibujo hacemos un boceto de una mujer sentada con las piernas curzadas, con color blanco hacemos las lineas de la figura para el cuerpo con trazos suaves de la misma forma que la hacemos con el lapiz.
As a first step to create the shapes of the body we start with the face, as the light comes from the left side we can use white pencil for the base and make the illuminated parts and to better reinforce these lights we use white carbon pastel pencil, very good for these cases.
Como primer paso para crear las formas del cuerpo comenzamos con el rostro, como la luz viene por el lado izquierda podemos usar lapiz blanco para la base y hacer las partes iluminadas y para reforzar mejor estas luces usamos lapiz pastel carbon blanco, muy bueno para estos casos.
Then we continue going down the direction of the body towards the chest and the left arm, we make a mixture between a normal white pencil and a white pastel pencil, it is important to maintain a good line so that the contrast of the light and the shadow looks very good.
Despues continuamos bajando por la dirección del cuerpo hacia el pecho y el brazo izquierdo, hacemos una mezcla entre lapiz blanco normal y lapiz pastel blanco, es importante mantener un buen trazo para que el contraste de la luz y la sombra se vea muy bien.
Then we paint the legs, as you can see it begins with soft strokes, and layer after layer more volume is achieved in the stroke until the desired effect is achieved.
Seguidamente pintamos las piernas, como pueden observar se comienza con trazos suaves, y capa tras capa se consigue mas volumen en el trazo hasta conseguir el efecto deseado.
The dark part that belongs to the shadow I did not make it completely black, on the contrary I added blue and violet colors in different shades to make a bounce reflection of the light on the right side.
La parte oscura que pertenece a la sombra no la hice del todo en negro, al contrario de esto agregué colores azul y violeta en diferentes tonalidades para hacer un reflejo de rebote de la luz por el lado derecho.
Final Work
This is how the final work has been left, my cell phone has had problems in bed and it is difficult for me to take photos without so much clarity so sometimes the black cardboard usually looks almost gray. However for the final stomas I try to take the best angle with a good entrance of light since my drawing table is in another part of the room. I hope you liked my explanation and the results. Así ha quedado el trabajo final, mi celular ha presentado problemas en la cama y me cuesta tomar fotos sin tanta claridad por lo que a veces la cartulina negra suele verse casi de color gris. Sin embargo para la stomas finales trato de tomar el mejor ángulo con una buena entrada de luz ya que mi mesa de dibujar se encuentra en otra parte de la sala. Espero que les haya gustado mi explicación y los resultados. Recomiendo usar este papel en color negro para hacer dibujos geniales sientanse libres de comentar y opinar que tal les ha parecido y si lo desean pueden seguirme.
