I had been a few days without ideas to draw, again. It was then when I thought about everything that is happening with COVID-19 worldwide and it came to my mind to make a drawing inspired by that.

At first I knew I was going to do something inspired by COVID-19, but I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to do a drawing that was too dark, we know that this disease has taken a lot of people with it, so I didn't want to represent something so negative in it. That's what I meant by not making a drawing too dark.
I spent a couple of days thinking about the idea for this drawing and in the end I decided to make a character with a mouth cover. What better representation, not so dark, of this disease, than to make a character with a mouth cover.
I was making the character little by little, what I did know was that it had to be a character with horns, I love making characters with horns, I think it's something that represents me. A drawing that is made by me and doesn't have horns or white pupils, is not my drawing.
Once I had the sketch completely done, I started to play with the paint, seeing what color palette to use. I had thought of making the character with a wooden pial or to make the illusion of wood, so the palette I used to paint the whole drawing was warm, well, I only used brown and black and a little bit of white.
At the end, he was giving details with black color, to make shadows and white to make shines in the whole drawing and that was it.
