It's been weeks actually since I was able to get to know of this initiative and with no gain saying, I have been a good benefactor of this, thanks to @starstrings01 and @tripode.

WHAT THE INITIATIVE MEANS TO ME.
To me humble thoughts, this initiative is one that was slated for newbies.
The reason for newbies was that, there seems to be this struggle for a beginner, especially with being motivated, having something to post, experiencing writer's block, getting low attention in posts, and even gaining followers.
Aside, that the initiative was put in place to help educate the beginners on how platform works.
I remember, when I joined earlier, and truly it was a struggle getting to know and even post. So I searched for a way to get established here even as a starter and that was when I came on contact with the initiative post by Starstrings01.
We are given time to perform tasks, get to know each other chat and most of all, motivated through many means!

WHAT CAN BE ADDED?
The truth is that no initiative as this is very perfect for some class of persons, because we hail from different backgrounds, cultures, countries etc.
- First, is the increment of tasks from one to maybe two per week. The reason for this is that some newbies here, have hive as there first place of blogging and so may find it hard to make posts frequently, but with this, there would be sure to keep.tjem busy always.
There should be fun time for the newbies in the smile discord to play games, chat informally. A date can be created for that, to ensure that most of the newbies if not all are present. This can help to create a social bonding between everyone of them!
Finally on this, a day can be mapped out where the newbies would be made to understand the way things run here and they get to be educated directly, through voice chat in discord by the admins.
My criticism, if any has been merged with the ideas as stated above.

A GOOD JOB, WELL DONE
I like that the admins, are ever present in DM, correct with love and patience, vast in knowledge about hive, ready to reward for any good work, apt to teach, create chances for us to learn, and draw the attention needed to us. Also for the 30 days blogging challenge and others that have been put in place you guys deserve some thumbs up!

The Admins are really fabulous and the effort they put into this is very amazing. I personally like the fact that this initiative have helped us to grow well in this platform so I believe that more growth is on the way for us.
I also hope that time will permit us to do what we do best in this place
Time sometimes can be a limiting factor but seriously, I hope to engage well atleast to best of my abilities as I would be busy many times
You have pointed out good ideas here and am sure the admin would consider them.
I also think you are right about taking out some time to get to socialize with others. It helps the bond grow stronger because most times the smile discord channel is always too quiet lol
Yeah, that's the truth though, compared to other servers I am in, it seems pretty quiet lol.
But I know there would be better developments
